Deposit

In order to confirm your booking it is our policy to take a 20% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment of the final bill will be payable on arrival.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your 2pm check in on the day of arrival. Failure to do so will result in full payment of your balance.

Charges

All rates include bed and breakfast only. Any additional charges for services during your stay shall be paid on presentation of an invoice on departure.

Times

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 10.30am. If you do arrive early or depart late then feel free to leave your bags with us.  

Children

Arrangements for children under 12 years of age can of course be made, please advise of children’s ages so that we can include child rates if necessary.

House rules

We don’t have many rules here, but we do insist that all rooms are kept non-smoking and as much as we love little furry creatures, animals are only permitted in our one dog friendly room.

Travel Insurance

All visitors to the Bailiwick of Guernsey are advised to take out full travel insurance to cover the cost of any medical treatment that they may require and repatriation costs. This is no reciprocal health agreement between the UK & Channel Islands and EHIC cards are not valid in Alderney.

Covid-19

We are following all government guidelines and working on best practice measures within The Georgian House hotel and restaurant and our sister house The Victoria. It is the responsibility of the guest to check current travel restrictions into the Bailiwick of Guernsey and ensure the Travel Tracker has been completed before commencing your journey to the Bailiwick. Covid-19 Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel or amend your booking because of Covid-19 we can cancel or transfer your booking to another suitable date with no charge, however rate may differ between dates. We would appreciate as much notice as possible.
