Well, the past month has flown by and things seem to be picking up here on Alderney including the weather!

First and foremost you will be relieved to hear that our chickens are laying regularly (even dear old Henrietta who has been feeling under the weather of late); the allotment is thriving; the gang have been catching fish left, right and centre on their new boat; we’ve had a wedding, two Hen-dos on the same day, corporate functions and a surprise birthday - to name a few; Dan and Hamish have been to Glastonbury and back in one piece but with faces as red as tomatoes; we have started a Georgian House squash ladder in what must be one of the most remote and random squash courts out there; we have some super new summer recruits onboard; and chef Kevin even made it out of the kitchen and onto stunning Saye beach (even if it was just for an hour!) on the hottest day of the year, but being an Aussie wouldn’t quite brave the icy cold waters!

The Georgian diary is hotting up in preparation for the summer, so do keep an eye on here and our Facebook page for details.

We hope to see you here soon!
